Yes they do! Many customers have used them only for that reason. Please note that they will only stay stuck to surfaces twice the size of the pad. Not ideal for the stiletto heel.

They are not permanent and can be removed. However, there are certain surfaces they stick on more aggressively than others so you should use an adhesive remover once you peel off our pad.

Although we'd love for them to last forever and ever, they may not. It all depends on how often you wear the shoes, how high the heel is on the shoe and how abrasive the surfaces are that you're walking on.
